| Post subject: | Crusher Online Opener - Journal Entry |
Okay guys, Over the past week, I've been using a single opener in my online sarging, and nothing else. This is a crushing opener where I'm asking something about the girl that really gets her thinking twice about how much value she has. I've sent it to about 50 girls who picqued my interest. Of course the vast majority didn't even respond, but we all know that's par for the course. The responses ranged from a flabbergasted "What?!" to an effort to go all logical on me. This opener alludes to a scenario, and one girl typed basically a whole page explaining logically how that so wasn't her and listing reasons and reasons and more reasons. I'm having trouble converting it over to genuine interest though. It's like they want to talk a little about the opener, or really deny what the opener suggests, then it's "Seeya" or no further response. The opener is used in degrees, there are essentially three versions, each with a different level of severity for how hot the girl seems to think she is. If she's got tons of pictures of herself with 6 other hot girls all wearing expensive looking party dresses and holding cosmos in some chic restaurant/club, you know which one to use. On the other hand if she looks more like the girl next door who's just making her way in the world; that's a little harder to get mad at. I use the nicer, friendlier version for that. This is also best reserved for ones where you have long-term interest. The thing is, it's not going anywhere. The nice version probably gets ignored the most, while I'm having trouble getting out of the logic trap that the mean version seems to keep getting me in. Anyone else have experience with crusher openers? |

I can tell you from my vast experience with online dating that most generic openers just don't work that well for online game. I'm not sure what site you are using to meet people which can drastically change things, but typically a direct approach is better with online. Remember online you can't just snip a thread you are using and stack on to something else. The limited form of communication via email, messages, IM, etc. make that sort of thing very hard to do. That is why you get in the trap of talking about the opener. Be direct in your approach and start building comfort and rapport immediately! Remember the goal of online game is very simple... It's to get the girl in front of you as quickly as possible. THE END. If you don't do that then it's a waste. You need to establish and build comfort/rapport with her quickly. After you feel enough is built go for her number so you can text/talk and build more comfort OR even better a date if things are flowing really well. The more effective you get at asking good open ended questions and building rapport the better you'll get with online game. |

Hi JSmooth, seems like good advice... do you think going Direct is the best approach for plenty of fish as well then? Thanks, Cernlion |

Yes, it is a dating site. You two are there for the same thing. Direct seems like a good idea. Thanks, Cernlion |

Yes, it is a dating site. You two are there for the same thing. Direct seems like a good idea. Thanks, Cernlion I think some people need openers to help them get their feet in the door. Some struggle to transfer that into real attraction. |

Thanks JSmooth. Just started with the online game, your short witty comment and building comfort etc is working a treat. Thanks Vader for your opener, it certainly gets a response... but every time I write the reply, I get the feeling that it doesn't quite match the initial comment in terms of efficiency. It's like I feel there's a perfect reply to "Why??" or "Which one?" etc etc but by using the 'lol it's a joke' I'm some how not quite seizing upon the opportunity presented in the best possible way! |

It's so hard to say what works perfectly to the response, because there is so many different type of girls online. Their reaction vary, after gaming with this opener a while you'll develope almost spider sense on what to say to her.

Quote: For me I use NLP to bring her back to reality from her online persona she's built for herself.
Vader - can you expand on this? I still don't totally get real life application of NLP, though I suspect some of us do it without being aware... (trying to add to not hijack this thread, btw)

(trying to add to not hijack this thread, btw)Like for example I got a girl that had a picture of her dog on her profile. I knew everytime she thought about her dog it made her happy. So I always mentioned her dog when talking to her. It helps me to build rapport and comfort. I brought her mind to a happy state, leaving it wide open for me. I used her dog as a tool to break into her mind. |
