Hey I am naturally shy and reserved. Thing is I'm a smart, articulate dude and can hold a good conversation with most people It's always difficult for me to cold approach HB's. It's even harder for me to do it a bar or club. I'm easily intimidated due to the competition. I get lost in my thoughts and am not in control of my pua tactics. I feel like I need drinks in order for me to muster up the courage to approach girls. After a few of them it works but I get awful hangovers. Even after 3 drinks the next morning I'm extremely tired, foggyheaded, and have an elevated level of anxiety. Have any of you guys had this increased level of intimidation/anxiety when approaching and how did you overcome? |

wow, I know exactly what you mean! I've had that same problem and sometimes, from time to time, I still get it... They way I usually handle this is simple..... I say "fuck it!" and the next second I'm going for it! What's the worst thing that could happen? they turn you down? it happens man, it's no big deal... My game fails more then it succeeds, but my win to lose ratio is slowly getting better... There is no such thing as failure in the game... Just learning points and experience! |

I feel like there may be more pressure in a bar/club setting I mean even though it may take more balls to approach a girl after class or in a supermarket, if you do it I feel like it's easier. Even if you're the most inarticulate nervous dude, you still showed balls and confidence by doing something even she knows most men are too shy or afraid of doing. I feel like that takes you a long way from separating you from the pack But in a club setting, she typically has dudes hitting on her from the get go... puts more pressure on you to outperform the other guys. Still, there's no excuse to not be confident. If we study the game and understand the cycle of attraction, effects of negging/kino, how to make women qualify themselves we should have the upper hand. You got to be smart to be top dog. |
