What is the overall effect of paying for sex on game and social shyness?

It is not masturbation, (which is adverse to game) but still makes me unsure of its effects. Is it really bad for game or in fact good for game?

never done it...and not passing judgement on those who do....BUT id say its good for sexual combat experience if ur not getting any sex for a long time...but absolutely devastating on your self esteem,confidence and self respect...it would destroy any inner game you may have..buts thats just my 2 cents

Sex is sex. If your biggest sticking point is sexual confidence realted - as in you have fear associated with performance ONLY, than it might be a good thing for YOU to try. Not for everyone. Obviously don't break the law either.

I would imagine however, it to be a great place to be volnerable and sincere with a girl and ask for help. When you are paying for a service, you can explain up front what your issue is and that you want help with it. After all you are the customer, so pleasing the customer is #1. I certainly would not recommend a street walker for this as they are the scum of the earth in most cases and just want to be done with you as fast as possible. However an escort is technically being paid for her "time". If nothing else, there is nothing illegal with talking to a sexy girl about stuff that bothers you and paying for it, especially with the bonus of potential happy ending if she likes you. Just don't be stupid and say "i want to fuck you for this money."

However if you are considering this in lieu of pushing yourself to talk to girls without paying for it, then you are asking for permission to use crutches. If you're legs aren't broken and you wan't crutches anyway, than you are a waste of everyones time.

psych3r has a point but there the other side of the coin if you or not getting any action for along time or if you never had ya would be very tempted and if ya started you may look at it as an easy way to go round it i think you must get out there and meet girls looks dont matter ya get with a real girl it will help you or confidence he who dares wins

I got into a bad habit of paying for sex around a year ago, introduced to me by a couple mates, it becomes addictive. I did find that it effected my game, i was always ok with girls but when i was in the middle of that habit i became very lazy, i guess i thought i didnt have to try because i could always just pay for it.

in the end i gave it up and its been great ever since. I dont think its bad, just if it turns into something that damages other areas of your life then it should be let go of.

we're paying for sex one way or another. Dating is one of the biggest way guys pay for sex. We have to invest our time into the girl, take her out, pay for shit, just to dream of having sex with her by the end of the night. What the fuck is this?

Jokes aside, I don't believe in paying for sex. If you're looking for instant gratification and you're willing to pay for it, go for it. If you're looking for one night stands, booty call, etc. etc. I advised you become really close to your "escorts" or go out, meet a girl, and see where you can go with this. I suggest going out and meeting a girl though because it's cheaper on your pockets, but if you're willing to pay for sex, then hey be my guest and do something for the economy. :P

I am comming off of a LONG dry spell, I'm talking years. so I needed to just get over the "sex is a big deal" mind set and remind myself that it was just sex - in
essence it's just a physical transaction and professional women understand that.
No pressure, no strings attached... I found it useful just to get back in the game...

Since then I've gotten one new number doing approaches and one F Close via facebook... So it definately helped me relax and feel more comfortable around women again... Idk... IMO, sex is just so much better with a girl you're really into. I've had sex with women, just for the sake of having it... I'd much rather be with a gf, I'm totally into, it's so much better.

This doen't change my motivation of learning game. It's something completely different.

if the idea of visiting a prostitute freaks you out - then you have some insecurities. if you really think about it , it should be a normal conversation topic.

good post. I myself have been in Egocentric position. i dont think it hurts your game. consider it a service, like getting a hair cut or nails done. It does get you lazy since you know you can just pay for it thats where you have to draw the line. Its much funner to Go out and game, More satisfaction in it. whats that old saying?

If we view 'this' as a game paying for sex can be regarded as using a cheat code. As long as you have the dough and prostitutes are readily available where you live you can easily obtain sex. Rather than it being a mutual thing between two people it's turned into a 'service' for the 'client'.

I've been paying for sex for many years now and it's the only form of sex I have had. It feels somewhat good knowing I can get sex whenever I want and that the hookers usually seem to enjoy it etc. But I can never get over the fact that it is 'cheating' and that I'm only getting sex because I'm paying money for it.

Sometimes I think since I'm not getting sex by any other means I might as well use hookers. As in, I let myself blow my money because I want sex by any means - it's only because I don't have a girlfriend or casual partners that it costs me a fortune. But I think even this mentality is bad.

I think I can manage to go without sex, I never feel desperate for the need to have sex, but for some reason I always find myself at the brothel anyway. Even when I'm more interested in saving money as opposed to women I still go. And it's been going on like this for quite some time now.

So, my primary objective in my life at the moment is to get unpaid-for-sex. And I don't think this can be achieved by 'giving up' and visiting a hooker again because it just puts me back into that weird state of 'contentedness' where I'm happy just paying for it as opposed to trying to develop a bit more 'realness' and meaning in my love/sex life. Time and time again I have used the cheat code which takes the fun out of the game.
