| Post subject: | Approach Anxiety |
Hey, I'm new to this forum. But I have been struggling with approach anxiety and was wondering if any one could help me out. I guess you could call me the shy/quiet type, so even if I build up the courage to approach a women, I quickly run out of things to say. Any advice or tips would be extremely appreciated!!! |
