Take the following in mind: 1. You are not the only one with AA; 2. AA will not go away, but you can train to deal with AA; 3. AA won't go away in a few days; 4. Alcohol is not helping you; 5. AA is not what you say to a girl, but is how you think about yourself; 6. AA is an inner proces; 7. If you feel confident about yourself, and not afraid of rejections; 8. Rejections is something that will happen 9. Rejections is NOT you, it is her! |

I get all until this day. If I am out, not having fun, My AA is just high. But I can get rid of it by start opening sets. It get easier after the first couple of sets. If am out having fun with my friends, there is no AA. I can open girls like nothing. Because were bringing value instead of taking value. Pretend your homeless guy asking for money, your gonna be nervous because your taking away value. If your the guy who is giving the money to homeless guy, your not gonna be nervous because your giving money to him, bringing value. When sarging, you bring value by making there night more fun. That's why you always go in with same or higher energy then the set. If you go in with lower energy, or go in nervous, your taking value and this will blow out your sets even with the friendly girls. |

0uch offers some wise words. I think AA is all in your head and sometimes it takes just faking confidence and pushing away the AA. Yea, you may be uncomfortable for a while, but slowly you'll gain confidence and realize you never really had any serious issues. |

I got AA all the time but once you start talking it kinda just slides away and if you get rejected you can realise she missed her chance cos you can just go and do it again to a even hotter chick. |
