If someone blames something on me that they are really pissed about, I literrally break down, I can't help it either. and if someone calls me stupid for doing something all these thoughts about hurting them phsycollogically come up, things that would fuck up theyre whole life just for calling me a name and then I tell myself I will be alright once i get them back like that...I just want to be able to brush it off without caring but I guess my personality is too sensitive or hopefully it's the fact that I'm introverted and something i can change, can anyone give me some pointers on how to change this?? thanks

Someone blames me - Analyse what i did, think about it rationally and logically and then if i was in the wrong, work out how to fix and avoid the problem in the future

Someone calls me stupid - same as above

Someone calls me a name - come back with a really racist comment about myself eg, "Sorry, my squinty asian eyes were blinded by some fishing line"

You could take things so seriously because you arent happy with yourself. Once you are comfortable with who you are, these kinds of things wont bother you

It's not so much a matter of your personality. It's a matter of deeply rooted insecurities that you have to address. You actually need to transform your entire frame in which you perceive the world.

As a side note, browsers like Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome have a spell checker.

Chief I disagree with you on this part, my mother is christian and a strong beliver.
I was brought up with the whole kindness and sensitivity, maybe it has something to do with insecurities for other people but in my defense I was brought up with sensitivity and kindness

Nate imo, looks like you need to learn how to block those things out and not let it get to you

Good luck

Being brought up with sensitivity and kindness is one thing, but being reactive to the point where you want to hurt others when someone insults you is psychological instability rooted in insecurity. The desire to do harm to others is either rooted in insecurity or sadism (or both), and I'm inclined to believe that OP's situation leans toward the former. A mental instability is different from a personality trait.
