okay so we always discuss approach anxiety but never anything else i thought it may be good to change it up a bit i am very anxious with everything, social, general and sexual. i am my own enemy and i do not see any way past my problems cause of this one issue holding me back being a virgin at 23 is killing me and its all i think about my inexperience with women stops me from kissing or fking bitches and i wonna know if anyone has had similar problems and/or advice for these problems even when things are going ok, and i think i can k-close the chick, i self sabotage it. i do not act on it, i look for excuses etc |

Being 23 is a virgin,must SUCK,my condolences. What you said doesnt make much sense man,shy you self sabotage? look for excuses? if thats what you want,just go for it,and dont think twice. are you afraid of what the girls are gonna think of you? if you dont know how kiss or fuck? have something in mind,you wont learn how to these things,until YOU DO THEM. So,if you keep delaying this,it will be worse for you. |

ultimately you have to have sex, but no reason you can't work up to it. try getting comfortable naked, sleep naked, also try going to asian massage. |

Sexual anxiety? You mean you fear to perform as a kisser? Or in bed? If it's in bed, I'll tell you something that helped me when I had a one year virginity streak (Bad times ...) I had sex, came really fast (like 20 seconds lol) I said to her: Well I'm very shy. Didn't have sex for a long time. The six round will be much better, you'll see. ----- With a smile this works because you say you are shy, and then go all out extreme to the other side and imply on a six round.
