I learned from Mystery about the deep psychological roots of AA. But what do you do if it totally cripples you and you can push through it? |

I rarely suffer from AA anymore because of a tactic mystery recommends called "Flooding". This is essentially just going from one social event to another to another to another over the course of several weeks and just becoming desensitized by Fear of the Approach due to the vast numbers of encounters you have with people.
