This works especially well in college towns but can also work anywhere. the first step to building confidence is to not look down(I know mystery says this a ton) but you will find yourself especially, when walking alone, looking down at the ground. Also I have found that having an ipod with hype up songs helps especially in the morning when you just don't feel like gaming(which is a shame because this is when women are least expecting the pick up...lack of make-up, non- slutty clothes etc..) If you keep your head up and keep smirking like you know a joke that no one else is in on, you will seriously be suprised how many girls will smile back, regardless of how you look (im 5'9 225 lbs.) |
