G'day guys, First off I appologise if this is posted in the wrong section. Anyway, here's my scenario. I work opposite this very attractive girl and have for some time. She works at a coffee shop. Anyway, I've seen her looking where I've followed up with a smile which she has responded back. I've made small talk with her a couple times but as it's in a pretty busy shopping centre it's hard too have conversations. I don't even know her name either. I would really like to find out more about this girl because she seems different then any other girls. What would the best way to first: find out her name and ask her out be? I was thinking about saying something like 'hey im going out with some mates for my birthday in a couple weeks, if u haven't got any plans you should come down with some mates' (a non threatning environment) Sorry guys, I know this isn't exactly shyness Cheers |

You need to build some attraction and value for yourself before you ask her out. Get flirting first then she will go out with you for sure. |

To be honest I think your moving a bit fast if you were to ask her that. You need to plant the seed, and let it grow. Figure out if you can even hold a conversation with her. That way when you do get her to go out with you it would be less awkward. |

Yea as said it might be too much too soon and might seem a little bit easy for her to get into your already awesome life she also might be the type of girl that needs to feel appreciated so a direct invite might work on a social girl but not on another type. Calibrate the best opener from what you can pick up about her. If you cant get anything to claibrate an opener from looking at her like a hint of shyness or extravert HB10 tatoos, peircings ,smokes,stylish heels etc.. then listen to what type of person she might be when you say hi talk, if shes a shy christian type girl she wants to connect and a compliment wont hurt or if shes social she wants a fun first interaction or if shes smokin hot then be inderect situational as every other douche in the store has complimented her etc ertc... but either way doing anything beats doing nothing.. have fun.. . |
