ever since i broke up with this one girl i haven't been able to approach a girl with as much confidence as i use to, given she broke up with me and i was so shot by it, but its been lik one year since then and i can't approach any girl i want to know, i mean one of my cute co worker likes me but im too scared to acknowledge it, it happens at the club too when i want to dance with someone i can't bring myself too i have to have my friend to help me which isn't the kinda wingmanning i need, so from a confused individual, what should i do? |

If it's been a year and you're not making any progress on this on your own, you can try poking around here and seeing if anything bolsters your confidence. This thread puts me in a positive mood frame-control-defining-reality-and-bein ... highlight= , but it's mostly for going to bars. If you can't fix this problem on your own, you should definitely admit that you're a little broken and see a therapist. It sounds like the level of help you need might take more than this site can offer and probably goes deeper than just being able to communicate with women (feelings of self worthlessness for example). |
