I was googling 'confidence' and I came across an article by Hypnotica & Steve P,which had a subtitle,"...Shave your head and pass out flowers at the airport". They werent asking the readers to do that but I get the idea to building confidence-in uncomfortable situations. In order to tackle my inner confidnce,I'd done such exercizes years ago which worked. I've always been subconscious about my arms & shoulders(lmao),believing that they were to frail thus a turn off,so since I was a kid,I never wore shirts which would expose my forearm,nor sleeveless shirts. Now,in order to get over that fear & inecurity(just a month ago),I started wearing sleeve-less shirts or cut off the sleeves and started wearing no shirt at all in my yard(lol). Now,Im totally comfortable & confident in that department. I'd in essense defeated my own insecurity by doing what I was afraid of and making it a habit. For intance,years ago,in order to eradicate my approach anxiety,I would approach and small talk with everybody I passed;be it old ladies,kids,UG(ugly girls),plumpers,guys,old men...... From that uncomfortable exercize,I'd eradicated AA almost 90%. So I still feel about a 10% fear of approaching an HB10. I dont think the's a better way to gain confidence & get rid of anxieties than just doing it. |

Whats up Hypnotica? Clarify it for me then bro. Days ago I was googling seduction articles on confidence(since I had a job interview to go to today actually)... 1 of the search results came bacc with an article/product by you and ***. If this' really Hypnotica,you should know;a member of the Mehow crew(if Im correct). I didnt quote the phrase literally but you actually said that you were NOT going to have anyone shave their heads and hand out flowers at the airport in order to gain confidence,eventhough that works. Correct me if this' really Hypnotica. BTW,I like your stuff on confidnce/inner game in general. |
