| Post subject: | How I beat Depression, AA & Paranoia |
Hey when I first joined the forum my ego led me here but I started to realise what ego is and it turned into what I really wanted most from this forum, which is to get rid off my Depression, AA & Paranoia. Its been a long 3 months journey since I first started and Im being more confident everyday. Ive read some posts on how to get rid off AA they've helped me get rid off some but theres still a few left I need to get rid off, what I did was I went to some video chat rooms. Theres alot of AFC who jack off in front of the cam so watch out!! other then that the girls there are very hard to game because theres so much pervs on there that they hardly talk to anyone and 1st impression is your last impression on chat rooms, Im a decent looking guy but sometimes feels camera shy because people will see me and Im still judging my self on my looks. After awhile I actually get used to seeing myself and except myself for who I am, you wanna leave your cam on but watch out at whos watching your cam as it can be some gay perv jacking off to you.... Even though its not really face to face, for me it helped me improve my conversations from where it was before, accepted myself for who I am, I also feel proud to get a few email addresses from there as it is very hard to game, its not as effective as doing a proper sarge but it will definitely get rid of Depression, AA & Paranoia. It worked for me hope it works for you, from all this I can now feel comfortable talking to people again(face to face) |

Well done man. That's very good keep at it! ... I have Anxiety and can get depressed aswell i'm trying to change my diet drink less and excerise every day. Start with little steps and never compare yourself to anyone else. |
