there is a lot more in this world to be afraid of then approaching girls, and when you think of them.... approaching that hot girl doesn't seem so scary anymore. Plus who knows, it could turn in to something good

My anxiety of approaching women just seems to be getting worse, today a girl i recognised from around my town came to my till whilst i was working, by the time she got to my till, i felt nearly sick to the stomach, my legs and arms were shaking and i was stuttering. And last week, a beautiful girl came to my till and as much as i tried, i physically could not look her in the eye! Im fucking fed up of this! I'm going to the local pubs tomorrow, and have an agreement with some friends that they will basically force me to approach. All i want to know is, what is the best mindset to get into before doing this? Thanks in advance guys! |
