I have such thing that I care what other people say about me , what other people think of me too , I can't talk to girls due to other people arround and so , how can I fix this...? |

This caused me years of loneliness and misery...honest. The (my) key was to realise that no one is better than you. Why care? You shouldn't act like a prick of course but I don't reckon you have to fit in just because someone who is seen as an "alpha male" or even a hot girl doesn't like the way you go about your business. Also don't fall into the "Hollywood" trap in which you believe what happens in movies to be real. Most of it is OTT bullshit. You live once (IMO) and there isn't enough time in the world to worry about what people think about you. I found reading philosophical quotes helpful ( google them) but everyone's different. I found that the things I worried most about never came to fruition and wasted a large part of my life doing so. It really isn't worth it. Procrastination really is damaging and if you try the things you fear you will develop more as a person rather than constantly worrying and never attempting anything through fear. |

The Truth is that everyone likes to be well thought of by others and like Hobbit said a few weeks back--the ones who say they dont give a shit its painful to watch how much they are concerned--not a direct quote. whats called for is a bit of perspective--in the greater scheme of things-- you arent that important ,neither are those whose opinion you are worried about, nor am I. we are only here for a short while make the most of it, dont worry TOO much about others opinion of your actions--truth is that most of them are so tied up in their own stuff they hardly think about what your doing--the truth hurts |
