I was always soooo shy but no so much today. So, I'm working at a restaurant, were you have to approach people all the time, and hell that helped me a lot. but I was wondering... how would you use a situation like this one to improve your social skills? I mean, you can do a lot of stuff when you approach someone even thought ur working. Drop some knowledgeee

You can have random conversations and exchange a few words with people even while you're working. Comment on the weather, what someone is wearing, ask how someone is - anything just to get the conversation flowing. You might only have time to say a few sentences, but you're still practising how to interact with people! |
