i would like to ask , can a Psychotherapy SPAM really help for Social Shyness & Anxiety and approach Anxiety ???? the reason why i ask this is ,that it's done by a psychotherapist and not by a pick up artist/guru |

it'll all help, its a long process but it all work out in the long run, especially being someone thats aware of his flaws |
