Post subject:  The return of AA

So when i first started gaming AA was a slight issue for me as is for everyone. As i got better and learned though i overcame this and really got very good at this great hobbie of ours. Now over the last month or so I havnt spent as much time going out andits been a slow month success wise too.

So heres the real kiccker though. For what ever reason it seems like some form of AA has come back, prob even stronger than when i was a complete newbie. Im trying to think of reasons for this, such as the pressure of living up to past succsess, not as many repititions and so one but does anyone else have any takes on somthing like this?

I personally have no idea why this happens. I only no that you are not alone with this. I'm going through the exact same thing. Even when I know the interaction will be positive I'm still nervous, it's like going back to square one. So I'm just brushing up on the basics like I did when I was new and that's been working for me.

I think approach anxiety is always there, no matter how much experience you have. It's always still there for me, and I still use the trick of calling it "approach excitement" instead of approach anxiety. Same feeling, reframed. The trick isn't getting rid of it, it's being comfortable with it, or at least pushing through it.

this happened to me when i stop sarging for a while when i got back on it my AA came back fact is AA will always be there.so you cant take time off sarging when you do your AA will come back .compare AA to a muscle and sarging is like working out the muscle now if you work out the muscle a.k.a sarge and approah more to get rid of AA it get less and less but if you stop for a while then go back to working out your not going to have the same strength as you did before you started working out so i feel like to take time off approach and sarging your AA is like being a weak muscle that losses all the strength and to work out is like going back to square one.(hope that made sense)but to be honest dont ever stop sarging unless your going to stop pua all together cuz when you take time off your aa will put you back at square one

I agree. I approche close to 300 people in 6 weeks in the streets and AA was nearly inexistant after a while. But now, I am just lazy and feel I have nothing to prove and not do it as much.
I guess I need someone to challenge me...
