how can u like make a commitment to approaching and not back down? making a commitment to the game and women when u have social anxiety and fear of approach?

i have AA what i do is try not to think my AA becomes a problem when i think too much cuz my logic will give me all kinds a reason not to do it .also picture yourself fucking the person and make youself horny i read this from a mpua i wish i remember who so i give them credit. also before you step out the house put yourself in a horny mind state i say this cuz so many times i step out the house and a cute girl walks right past my house and im like damn plus get warm ups i mean talk to everyone who walks past you and assume the first girls are warms just to get in the mood. when i fail on appoarch it sometimes feels good off the fact i apporach them it's like a high then it makes you see it's not so bad

Maybe give 50 quid to a friend, and tell him to only give you it back if you approach a girl. Like 5/10 quid per approach. So you'd have to do 5/10 approaches or you've lost the cash.

This is good.

Something similar i did with a friend when we both had Approach Anxiety:

Both put 20 bucks in a jar or whatever, the one who approaches the least amount of women for a small talk & go (not for a #/K/F- close), has lost his money (which you will probably spend on drinking the next time you do it :P)

You can even make it more painful for yourself.

Place a 100 dollar bill on top of your toilet. When you come home, wipe your ass off with that bill and flush it trough the toilet when you haven't approached. When spotting a girl during sarging, the only thing on your mind is that 100 dollar bill on top of your toilet.

If this doesn't get you motivated you are:

2. a millionaire

It's all in your head, but I assume you know that already, I'm a pussy when it comes to swimming in cold water, so what do I do? I just jump right in, don't tippy toe, just do it!!

I know this sounds simplyfied, but that's what you need to do, and when you have approached about 25 chicks your fear will be noticably reduced.

Your approaches don't even have to be pick up attemps in the beginning, keep that in mind.
Walk up to a girl and just be nice, say hi, talk to her in a normal manner.

As an exercise to get over your fear, do the following:
everytime you walk in to a starbucks (or wherever you hang out) compliment one girl. Just say to the first girl you see in there"I like your top" or "that's a cool phone" or "I like your hair cut" One compliment, that's all you have to say and then get on with your business, no one will be offended by this, not even if her boyfriend was there.
When you get comfortable doing small approaches the rest will come, you will feel like saying more to her, and now you can apply the other stuff you have learned about being a pick up artist

Okay i get girls all the time this way......just go to the mall or something right? alot of hot girls there...especially around christmas...then just walk around then pull your dick out....be soft....not hard...just walk around with it out...then girls will be crwling to you...trust me man...im a true cocksmen. Im packin a 12 inch italian stallion. it works all the time man.

I'm assuming you've heard of the 3 second rule. If not, it is a rule where you see a girl and she may or may not see you. Anyway, you have to act on the impulse as after those 3 seconds you loose your nerve and start over-thinking things and you won't approach.

Once you go up to a girl be calm, cool and friendly, get eye contact and start your game. Other approaches can be used - but keep it simple, for now.
