Yup, get rid of your ego. You know that inner voice in your head that stumbles on fictional conversations, analyzes and situations? He is bad and the only way to get rid of him is to neglect the voice to come into your brain. What I did for a start was meditate and focus on my breathing whenever that inner voice came into my head. You might say wtf?, and it is a real hell to do it, probably one of the most challenging tasks in your life. But that is your answer, and if you want to get her out, then you need to try blocking her out. - Exerio |
