Post subject:  At a party
So the other day I was at this party. There was a HB 8.5 there and I ignored her because I want her. My and my buddy (his house) were playing chess and I lost 3 times. The group I was with (my ride home) decides that it's time to go. Upon announcing our departure, HB 8.5 looks me right in the eyes and says "Are you leaving too?". She seemed disappointed.

Didn't get any IOIs that I know of other than the puppy dog look as she asked if I was leaving...WTF? I should have opened her. AA!!!

Doesn't seem to have a bitch shield either.

Pretty sure I blew it. :?

although what sort of party's do you go to if you end up playin chess dude?

bt seriously you should have approached her, spoke to her, told her you was leaving soon even if you werent.

It was my buddy's house and they (HB 8.5 and 2 other friends) were playing some drinking game. I was playing chess because my buddy just started playing it, we were all just hangin out and smoking. I guess she lives right down the street from my friend.

EDIT: I shouldn't neg her if she doesn't have a bitch shield and treats me equally, right?

You can still neg her, but do it playfully. Also, you would do better by using a DHV story.

Also! What were you doing playing chess at a party? And especially while she was there? You need to game that .

Yea you should have opened her.. but lol playing chess at a party I thought I was the only one brave enough to do that. Use NLP with it.. I've had to do that before.

Playing chess at a partying (few months ago)... This was a HB9 (latina) I was gaming..

Girl - what are you doing?
Me - playing chess (thought to myself uh oh this is so geeky)
Girl - you play chess?
Me - yes? (thought I was done for lol)
Girl - (giggling) your such a loser
Me - yup but you still love me (CF since she didnt crush me)
Girl - (laughing) whatever --- walks away

After my games

(I walk up next to her and then turn to her and acted like I was surprised to see her)
Me - man I thought I ditched you *snaps finger*
Girl - are you done playing your little chess game?
Me - *looks at her funny*
Girl - (turns to her friend) See I told you he's such a loser he was playing chess
Me - (smiles and says as calmly as possible) Johnny depp plays chess
Girl - but he's sexy

Isolates girl

Girl - I cant believe you were playing chess with those guys
Me - uh? what guys?
Girl - those guys the stalkers. I dont know its just not cool
Me- (smiling) stalkers? good thing I didnt lose too bad
Girl - (laughing) you lost?
Me- yup I won and then I lost but I was distracted by someone
Girl - your such a loser
Me - (jokingly) first you distract me now your taunting me?
Girl - what did I do?
Me - nothing.. I would have won.. you suck
Girl - your such a nerd
Me - your such a geek... you dont play chess?
Girl - No

Me - Have you ever played a game that just made you so relaxed and your just at complete peace and filled with this overwelming sensation of excitement its just so fun that your like in your own little world of joy and exstacy. Its like you let yourself go and it makes you feel like a kid again when your just free and wild and just so excited.
GIrl - yea
Me- Well chess isnt like that.
Girl - (jokingly) uh why do you have to be such a loser geez
Me - With chess you have to open up yourself completely you have to be able to go deep deep within you to find your inner fire that deeper passion. It just arouses all your senses. you can just feel everything developing deep down inside you. Everything just builds up slowly and the tension builds up until its too much and everything just explodes. Its really fun we should do it
Girl - are we still talking about chess?
Me - you are too kinky
Girl - (laughing) shut up
Me - you are so kinky wow.. and I thought you were a good girl
Girl - I am a good girl
Me - uh huh? umm yea oh was I suppose to believe you?

That night f-close in the back of my car! thank you chess! I would recommend using the party to open her. Then use chess as a point to CF on. As for negs I am still learning about that.

You could play drinking chess, where you take a drink every time you loose a player. Anyway, the chess matter is beside the point.

As some others have said, you shouldn't have ignored her the whole party. Ignoring is usually used in the form of a freeze out, something to break down LMR. You should have opened her and got chatting, otherwise she'll think you're too cool or just not interested.

I was reading through that and loving every part of it until I got to the nlp.
It worked, don't get me wrong but I would feel so creepy saying that sort of stuff. Just spouting all that random nlp stuff?
I would suspect most girls would just look at you funny and reply with 'um riiight'.
Well I guess it works for some.

You should just say:" Yes I`m leaving, but you can give me your phone number and we can meet and have a cup of coffee tomorow".

How hard it is to say something like that? Man, chess fucked up your mind :D

Actually, if he did some good anchoring when talking about the pleasure and tension and kept strong eye contact the whole time it would be a great AG (attraction generator). But, u have a point cause he overdid it a bit with nlp and we can see that from the response of the hb. Maybe he should have make it general and not only tight it around the chess :)
