I wouldn't bother looking for shortcuts, do what every other guy has done and approach approach approach. It will be cheaper and ultimately more valuable to you as an achievement

Hypnosis is a tool, not a fix all. I am a Clinical Hypnotherapist and I work at PUA Training and also with private clients. hey man short notes, ive tried hypnosis, NLP stuff, reading hell lots for 5 months and there is no result until i actually say to myself one day on the street "fuck it im approaching!" i did it direct method and after the first one, i feel invincible

Hey guys Yes you can deal with AA the conventional ways by making yourself approach, but this can be a long and painful journey. Hypnosis and other techniques can help to remove anxiety from such interactions. Hypnosis is NOT a magic pill. It is a tool that if used properly by a professional can help you dramatically.
