Alright, so I am fairly new to this forum, but I have been studying PUA material for quite a while. I am approaching senior year of high school (currently on summer break) and have yet to have a girlfriend, kissed a girl (besides truth/dare), or even gone out on a date, or Day 2 as PUA's tend to label it as. However, I am attractive in the sense that I am good-looking (a number of girls have told me). I have had a number of girls think I am cute or whatnot. I am saying this not to brag (why would I give a shit on a forum mainly filled with males), but to tell you my situation. In addition, I am in shape and do wrestling. The problem is I do not talk much in school. Sometimes I just do not give a shit about talking to other people and when I miss out on a girl I like I think the same ("whatever"). Freshman year, I was "in love" with this girl that liked me first. When I saw her, I turned into a big wuss, thinking about her constantly, having one-itis, etc. Now, 3 years later, she likes me and I have no interest. Now, for a year I have liked this girl (who is taller than me I will mention), but have had not much success with her in terms of gaming her. Now its summer and I cannot see her. AFC, I know. The point is, I get one-itis pretty easily and need some help around it. Please assist. On the other hand, talking to a girl in terms of text (facebook mainly, and myspace) is pretty successful from what I have noticed. I can use my push-pull method good (my favorite technique) and use other techniques. But in-field: in school, or walking around places or whatever, talking usually gets into boring subjects such as the weather or something about schoolwork. Perhaps because I need the time to think? Please assist. And also, as an AFC, I get really pissed off when things do not work out and just stop talking to people or attain the screw-off attitude. Common to be called an asshole. I usually look at it as a compliment. Anyways, I need help with the stubborn attitude and to get girls not just with text. Please help, I will practice. Appreciate. |

First of all, don't worry too much about everthing. I bet 80% of the members of this forum has been in the situation you have been, I was one of them. I can understand your feelings very good. I will give my opinion topic by topic. Conversating: Im an introvert person, talking with people is not directly need for me and it happens for me as well that im not always in a talking mood, am stuck in boring conversations. What i realised is that im not the most talkative person in my group of friends, but the things I am saying are the most impressive and are delivered in the most interesting way. Still it is something a try to practice as much as possible. Most of the time I roll into a conversation by asking a question im curious about. I try to understand the persons answers and confirming it and relate some views or storys of myself on it. This is still a skill that I have not mastered yet. Would be nice to hear opinions from others on this topic... it's a little underated on the forum. One-Itis: When you're not used to the feeling that women like you, you will feel very atracted to the ones how do like you. It's quite normal in the beginning. What you wanna do with it is up to you. Now i have met so much more women in the last months I am loosing my feelings i used to have. text game: it's is a skill as well and it can be damm usefull. the adventage is that you have time to think about what you're saying. You don't have that time with natural conversations. But time and practice in the field will make this easier for you. when things are not working: Just blaim yourself for it instead of others. what could you have done to get a better reaction? You can change yourself, not others. Things that really help me are some visions of Mystery in it. As described in the Game he tells his students before the get into the field 'Get prepared for failure' he also try to see it as a computer game, who care if it's game over, just start over again. Good luck with it buddy, I am sure you will lose your AFC status in a couple of months. |

stealth, i think you need to start appreciating and loving life a little more. correct me if i'm wrong, but it seems as if you're obsessed with pick up and the game. it is okay to study and learn, but you also need to love and enjoy your life in order to succeed. |
