Firstly, I have to take my hat off to you. You have shown great bravery and it is to be admired.
Put it like this, getting good a social skills is going to be really easy, compared to what you have been through already
My advice is to join some social groups of which you have an interest. This can be anything from salsa dancing to book groups. Also check out the PUA Training home study course, as this will give you a lot of conversational skills.
Do you have any hang ups from what has happened in the past? If so you can visit a hypnotherapist for a "clear out" and help you move on with everything.
