For some reason I have no problem working with a small room of people when I'm trying to pickup and I have no problem in a room full of people that dont know me ( theres no fear of looking stupid then cause I'll never see them again ) but in a bar full of people that know me tonight I froze up like water on a lake in winter. I kept screaming in my head " Just fucking do something! " but my body wouldnt do what my brain was telling it. so feeling that aquard social situation setting in I tucked my tail between my legs and left I need some searious help can anyone give me some pointers on overcoming this? |

aight man small places are a bitch the first few times im really not gonna lie. just muster up watever confidence you have and progress from big to smaller to smaller to smallest, its not for everyone to just shock urself into small places and be amazing, i wasnt, im still not, but building up to it is giving me a HUGE confidence boost and making it alot easier to do. hope this helps and good luck man keep me posted! and if ya want help (which im no guru but id love to help ya out with what i can) just pm me or post on ur thread. |

When you start to panic your brain reacts in an emotional way, and not creative. This sets of all the alarm systems, you freeze as you think you are in real danger. What is the worst possible thing that can happen? What sort of person would this happen to? By not approaching what does this allow you to avoid? What does it allow you to keep feeling? Matt |
