When I start feeling nervous or shy. I use affirmations to help my confidence and to get out of my own skin; helping to show a bigger picture. Things I say: "Tomorrow nobody is going to care" - When I get shy about talking "Your a Confident Man" - Obvious "Everybody has their own problems" - When I feel like I'm the only one "Girls don't care how you look" - Self conscious about my looks If you have anymore please post them.............They seem to be a really quick and easy fix. They work more often then not. The biggest one is everybody has their own problems, saying that to myself puts things into perspective. |
