this is the feeling i get everytime i enter a social environment . whether it be at work or a public place like grocery store, or mall. at work when its slow, like 1-2 customers then i am a cool cat. i flirt with customers give them the most awesome experience when it gets to like 5-6 customers then i get self conscious about everything that i do. the pupils in my eye dilate, i get the punched in the stomach feeling. everything changes. how i talk with them, how i treat them etc. |

Bro, I know what you're saying. I've been there. It sucks, but always remember, you are not alone. And you don't need to feel this way if you don't want to. Your brain needs to get the MESSAGE. You are very well aware of your so called "problem." What I mean by that is your problem does not need to be a problem. Are you following me? It is only a problem because you THINK it is a problem. So, stop holding on to it! Let it go. FOCUS on what you already have. FOCUS on how fuckin awesome YOU are! What you focus on will BE. And IS. -cshadyp |
