| Post subject: | Zits causing Anxiety |
Overall my skin is pretty good and I don't worry about it much. However, whenever I get a medium/big zit on my face it causes me to shut down socially. Most times I will not want to go out, and even if I do I get the feeling everyone is staring at my zit. Anyone have any advice on how to push this out of my thoughts? |

If you're concentrating on it.. so are the people you're talking to.. Just go out and act like you don't care.. I mean yeah there is a point in time where someone could be like does he not know if it was something big like a huge ass white head.. but dude everyone has had trouble with it at some point in time It's kinda like the popular guy with the gay ass hair cut.. he doesn't think it's gay so no one else does |
