One idea that has helped me relieve myself of some approach anxiety struck me whilst sitting in class watching kids do speeches, when kids were nervous and made mistakes, their speeches sucked even if the material was good. The confident speakers' speeches came off great regardless of the material. So i thought to myself well just toughen up bro, being nervous on approach makes it much worse. I constantly visualised a confident approach and it has worked well |

Great advive mate actually long time ago i was part of several speech contests and poetry pegeants, i that really help to be confident not only with girls, but in life as a general matter |
