right here it goes hopefully this will stop all of u being worried about approaching, anyway rejection is nothing to be scared of and I know this will sound weird but get the fear of rejection out of your mind and you will get rejected less if some asks you how many people have you slept with you don’t say I have slept with 6 and been rejected my 12 so there is no need to worry as no one counts rejection only success and if you don’t try you cant succeed, the important thing is not to let it affect you, look at it as a learning curve, ask yourself what you did wrong, what you did right, what you dint say and what you would do differently. Anyway when you are with a girl and she is giving you the rejection signs, not being very interested, looking away from you, the tell tale signs you will be able to see them, you then say anyway, I’m now off, was nice speaking to you, then point to your cheek and say kiss goodbye you will most probably get it. |

hey jewels i been reading alot of ur posts and noticed u are in the same area as me is there anyway u can help me out u sound like u have knowledge on a lot of differant parts of game and differant techniques. |

Hey guys - fairly new here.. infact 1st post. Ive been going through threads and all sorts after reading 'the game ' trying to work out how to get passed this AA, such a pain in my behind! Once I actually start talking to a girl its normaly fine its just getting the courage to open. Think ive probably only ever tried 2 times to talk to a strange girl at a club/bar! Ive read lots of tips and think im gonna try the noob approach go out and say hello to everyone i pass on my daily jogs around the park after work. Also one last thing, if theres anyone here that lives in kent (South-East UK) whos 18+ (old enough for clubs/bars) and wants to help or even start out giving this a go then please let me know - also any extra advice on getting over this damn AA would be greatly appreciated! hey drift i can help u out on this 1 i have a training technique called 3, 2, 1 and it works like this you smile at 3 girls hb 8 or above then u smile and say you alright to 2 girls and walk off who are hb 8 or above and then u smile say hey you alright and compliment to 1 hb 8 or above, then work back to 3 using 1 and after this go upto a girl hb 8 or above smile say hey you alright and start a conversation. good luck |

This is logically true...sadly the mind doesn't work in logical terms.It works more based on symbols and the emotion/energy associated with it. Quote:

This is a good advice. One way to have less anxiety is by letting go of it.Quote:

This is good. Observe yourself, analyze what happened, what can be achieved and what you have to still deal with.
