How do you have fun conversations with people? I find it really hard to keep up a conversation. 1. I say non-sequiturs, not fun things that make everyone feel uncomfortable and slow down the conversation 2. I don't keep up my side of the conversation; I only ask questions rather than speaking at length 3. I realise I am not having fun and get stuck in my own head quickly, feel moody or depressed How do you stay in a good, confident mood? And how do you keep a conversation positive and entertaining? I am able to display the body language and attitude of confidence but I really struggle to entertain people and be entertained myself. |
