Post subject:  Any approach anxiety workshops?
I saw that someone (I think it was Eddie Fews) had a free approach anxiety workshop. I messaged him but didn't hear back.

Does anyone have a program I can go through?

Yeah, the workshop takes place in the gym and you just lift weights for a year. My confidence improved so, so, so, so much through the gym. I honestly believe it could help a lot of people with "approach anxiety" etc. You just feel more like a man... And it's a healthy habit too unless you inject megatons of roids every day.

I joined a gym too. And I bought a "Total Gym" so I can work out at home. But I still need the approach anxiety workshop. I need to attack this from all angles.

CunningLinguist your avatar looks sinister,

besides that i agree that being in shape helps with confidence immensely. It shows through your body language, but I don't think just hitting the gym will get rid of AA.

Unless this is a metaphoric gym for hitting the streets and taking action on approaches.

So somebody give me a program. Say.... do this, do this, do this, do this... and I will do it.

There was one for free on here (I think Eddie Fews) and I signed up for it but it looks like it's been taken down.

I will hit the gym at the same time.

I have a free session that I lead guys through and eliminate their AA in under an hour, in exchange for a
testimonial afterwards.

If you are interested, (or anyone reading this really) I am happy to lead you through it for free.

I'm not suppose to advertise it here, (apparently it's advertising when you're giving something for free) but you can get info about it in my signature.

Black phantom there is a section you can advertise here. You can't just spam the board, if you give good advice and then say oh by the way I'm offering a test run through my AA program, check it out here none of us would be disappointed. Just make sure you're not just posting link after link everywhere.


You also have the product section too where people can review your section.
