First, of course - practice makes perfect. So keep going out and talking and focus on being comfortable in any situation. But as some of you may know, even when you're doing all the right things, going out all the time, forcing yourself to be social with people, you still have that annoying knot of anxiety. I had that too - but I want to share something that I did with you guys that unexpectedly cured my social anxiety. I'm always trying to better myself, definitely. And I used to frequent the website reddit a lot. I ran across a sub forum called /r/NoFap. What's it's basically all about is not jerking off or looking at porn anymore. For the sake of self-improvement I figured what the heck, I'll try it out. First, let me tell you - it was WAY harder than I thought it would be to resist. But after a week or two, I felt PHENOMENAL. It like - changed my body chemistry, and I definitely believe women can pick up on it. It may have just been for me, but I began to have a natural confidence without even trying. 45 days in or so, I began dating a gorgeous latino girl that I am still dating today - and it seemed much more effortless. I still keep my game sharp, and use techniques - but for me personally, abstaining from porn and masturbation took me to a next level man. I hope I've inspired people to take on the challenge.
