I've seen it before. I didn't get anything out of the exercises and quite frankly, I find it alittle sketchy.

Good Video but you need to practice a lot with it and for most people...AA is a more complex thing that has to be addressed from many directions. |

I think it's not bad. I don't suffer from AA but I liken it to a shot of PUA espresso - it gives an extra boost before going out on a sarge. At any rate the affirmations in the video are solid stuff. |

did it, found that it seemed to help but maybe i was just relaxed through the tepping routines, we'll see what happens next time. |
