What I find people doing is they try to avoid anxiety when approaching people as much as they can. So they spend countless hours reading about overcoming approach anxiety and while doing so they don't realize they build it even more by investing so much time reading about it. What people need to understand is that you CAN-FUCKING-NOT avoid approach anxiety. You have to go THROUGH it. Everyone experienced it, everyone got over it. No amount of reading, no amount of debating will ever be able to get rid of approach anxiety. The best way to conquer any fear is to face it head on and plow right through it. Go out, put yourself in the most uncomfortable situation possible and get it over with. Once you experience the worst of the worst, the rest is a walk in the park. So go to your nearest mall and try to say the most embarassing thing to the people you look up to most (in this case, very attractive women.) Develop some balls, then you can shift into the fun phase, trial and error. Until then, everything you know about the game is useless. |

I used to have AA. Until I opened a bartender, she was a 9, all my friends got impressed and thought I was the Man. I didnt even closed her, but you gotta admit that piece of work requires balls. Everything comes down to some growing balls. |

That is so true bro. I used to have massive AA and I never read any of those self help crap because its just a waste of time and money. I work at retail and that eventually helped me over come AA. I work with a lot of lovely women who I interact with and the hardest is flirting with a girl while her boyfriend watch helplessly |

Hey all Honestly, some guys on here really beat themselves up and put themselves through so much shit it. I feel for some guys on here I really do. Look, I work with people every day helping them with confidence training. Let me assure you, you do not need to keep torturing yourself and push through the pain. Find yourself a good hypnotherapist and they will be able to turn your approach anxiet right down from the start. All confidence is, is the absence of fear! I am going to make a lot of posts in this section because there are too many good people putting themselves through so much crap. If you are in Manchester UK then please PM me and I can help you sooooooo much it is untrue. I have conversations with guys who found me on this forum to upload to my new site shortly. Matt |
