Hi, I have a big problem. I am too stiff or let's better say too socially correct. I don't find it very easy to loosen up, be easy going or even fun and I suspect to know why: I constantly thinking about not to embarrass anyone especially not myself as that would put me on the spot and the last thing I'm looking for, is to be the center of attention. Does anyone have the same problem, which constraints him from having fun and enjoying himself? How did you overcome the problem? |
