Right im a 20 year old student in my last year, i am a decent looking guy work out most days, im 5'8 and wear glasses with a good sense of style but i have zero confidence in myself when everyone says i should be confident, when i do meet a girl that i like and likes me i tend to become to attached and usually get messed around because im a nice guy and think that i do correct things like be nice and everything but i get treated as a total mug and i am sick of it so i have decided that enough is enough i am ready to change myself because i am sick of how i am these days. any help would be awesome, thanks guys! |

It´s good that you have decided you want to take control of your life and change. Just one tip: You seem to be kinda confused. You want to improve, but don´t know quite how to get there. Break down your problem into smaller chunks. Have a more structured approach to your problems. The way you asked for help is like a poor person being like "hey guys I am poor and sick of it, help me get wealthy". Basically, it´s impossible to help anyone asking something like this; because we don´t know your life details and because you aren´t being specific enough. You have material on here for most problems; structure your problems and use the tools you will find here to fix them. For example, let´s say the problem is you aren´t confident enough and that you get too attached to the girls you meet. Well then, define the causes of it, and the steps you are going to take in order to get rid of these problems. Once you have a proper plan, execute it. For example: 1. Too attached to girls --> Due to lack of alternatives. Sarge more. Or get yourself to the point where you just don´t give a f*ck anymore. Or both. 2. Lack of confidence --> Could be because of lack of success with girls. Or because your inner game is wrong. I don´t know. Figure it out and solve it. I wish you good luck. thanks! well my main problem is lack of confidence and i dont know how to get over it. and i always think that im not good enough! |

Surround yourself with naturals or other PUAs. See how it´s done. Get impregnated with that culture. Work on your inner game. Learn to get strength from within you and not to give a fuck. Use some booze to losen up a bit if needed (not too much, tho!). Talk to as many people as possible just for the sake of talking. Work on your style and looks (although you said you are already happy with them). One thing that I have learned (I also used to suffer from BAD approach anxiety. Two years ago, I was also paralyzed with fear and low confidence and woulnd´t possibly dare chatting up a girl), is that you can train all the other skills leading to a succesful pick up (conversational skills, inner game, style, body language, NLP etc.) outside the field. Now don´t get me wrong. This is like a sports game. You can only learn to become a true PUA while in the field, but you shouldn´t go in there without having trained first. Accumulate a basic skill set, and then go in and show 'em how it´s done. Once you are in the field man up, say "hi" (my most common opener) and you will see things get going almost on their own. Building an attractive personality and lifestyle pays back. And if you crash and burn (happens to the best of us), at least you will be desensivitized. |
