Post subject:  How to get into the zone?

Lately I've been feeling kind of tired and low energy. My self esteem wavers a bit. How would you get into the zone? Like those days when you feel great and want to go and have fun?

Work out and listen to motivational self-help audios. I stopped listening to music at the gym and started listening to self-help audios while working out, and the mood it puts me in is amazing.

I listen to things like "Awaken The Giant Within" by Tony Robbins, "How To Be A No Limit Person" by Wayne Dyer, "On Being a Man" by David DeAngelo, "Iron John" by Robert Bly, and many other self-help, pua, and men's movement materials.

No matter how crappy of a mood I'm in, and don't feel like going to the gym, I know that once I get to the gym and start listening to the audios I'll feel great.
I feel like I can take on the world. I instantly become extremely social and start talking to people at the gym and start texting friends. My mind overflows with ideas of success and goals I want to achieve, and I get very excited and motivated to go out and start making things happen. It is extremely powerful and motivational.

Also, I try to avoid anything negative. I don't listen to any sad or depressing music, or anything with a needy message like "oh girl, please don't leave me, I need you so bad" type of garbage. I don't watch any sad movies or tv shows. Anything that might affect my mood negatively, I don't let into my life, including negative people. I try to surround myself with positivity at all times.

I'm already doing all of those. I've completely cut out video games from my life and as well as porn. I've been working out harder than ever. My drive is extremely high, I immediately think about sex when I see a hb and that makes me needy. Sometimes my frame is inconsistent and I feel depressed because I want to fuck so badly. How do I detach myself emotionally and be totally confident? It gets me so mad i want to destroy something.

You have to change your mindset. That is different from "being in the zone." Your mindset is what you are telling yourself. Talk to yourself! Catch yourself thinking negative thoughts such as "omg, that girl is so hot, I need to fuck her!" and change what you are telling yourself.

Right now, it sounds like your mindset is focused entirely on sex. Sex is the reason why you do everything you do. You need to change that, or you will never be able to get rid of the attachment to the outcome, which is ultimately what is taking you out of the zone. YOU should be the reason why you do everything you do. Love yourself. Focus all of your energy and mindset into just being the best you that you can be, just because you love yourself and think you are worth it, and not because you think/hope it will bring you sex.

When you go out, don't think things like "I hope I get laid tonight" or "I hope I get a phone number tonight" or anything like that. That just puts a lot of pressure on yourself and gets you attached to an outcome. Instead, just tell yourself "I'm going to go out tonight and have a great time! No matter what I do, it's going to be great!" Because when you are just out having fun and not worrying about anything else, that is when you will be most attractive to women. But, you can't fake it. You can't put on an act and pretend that you are having fun and trying not to be concerned with women. You have to really, truly, and honestly go out with no expectations or goals, just relax, don't worry about anything or think about anything, and just have fun.

Also, maybe you should put some porn back in your life. Or at least masturbate before you go out. I know some theorize that if you don't masturbate, then it will force you to talk to women because you will want sex more. But, that doesn't work for everyone, and it doesn't sound like it works for you. It is only making you desperate for sex and causing you to put pressure on yourself to get it. If you masturbate before going out, you will be less focused on a need for sex, and it will be easier for you to just relax and enjoy yourself without that pressure for a sexual outcome.

Fucking perfect, ty. That is what I am trying to do in my life rt now, just glad to see other people taking similar steps. And I have not tried the audios, I will look into that.

Check out, for music/lyrics: Rebelution, they are sooo inspirational. Rebelution, 'Sky is the Limit' goes right off of what you are saying. "I don't let it into my life"

I even mute horror movie commercials, because of the adrenaline rush that isn't good for us.
