Ok. So I've been getting a lot better, my social anxiety has lowered DRAMATICALLY. I'm at the point now where I can be with a friend and I have no problem introducing myself to their friends. I usually do it in a very charasnatic way. Like, ill say "alright guys im new to you, so u got to help me out and tell me ur names" and ill point at one person at a time with 2 hands in the gesture of a gun, cand at I point at them they tell me their names. Now how do I do this by myself, and with strangers? I just don't have the confidence to do this without my friends around. Any advice? |

get a part time job is customer service like a fast food place and work there for a bit on cash it will get rid of this anxiety very fast I used to be very shy and not approach then I started working at a restaurant boy did I change now I go up to anyone without a problem |
