Hey guys, one of my biggest problems is my voice. It is at a slightly higher octive, and a bit effeminite. When I used to work in telemarketing, people thought I was a woman on the phone. I need to make my voice sound lower. Which it does when I talk about things I am super interested in. To make matters, worse is that I have ADD, which means when I am not on meds I have a hard time connecting thoughts and sounding fluid. Basically, I'll jump from thought to thought or I will put my foot in my mouth. Thanks to modern science, Ritalin, or as I call it "magic pills", solves for that as I am able to stay on topic for hours. However when the Ritalin wares off, I am "off to Narnia". So this is what I am asking, what vocal exercises I can do to make my voice be much lower and affrimative? |
