Ok so when I'm at parties I get really nervous. How do I open up? I just get nervous around people I don't know very well. How can I open up and get to meet nbew people? Thanks guys. |

That's normal, feeling nervous when you are in a new place where you don't know the people around you is completely normal but you have to push youself or you are never going to improve. I think that's related with your approach anxiety, before trying nightgame or pickung girls at parties you hould have your aa under control or is gonna keep giving you a hard time every time you approach a girl. This video can help you out, here you have some tips to help you control your aa. Dude I'm at the same position . I'm telling ya there is nothing u can except going to parties a lot and get new experiences.There is no magical pill.Just telling ya the truth.And if u listen to some long audio hypnosis before the party the effect will be no longer than 1-2 hours! just from experience dude  ).

Totally agree with ADCPG this is about getting new experiences and trying it that's the only way you are going to get good at this. There is no magic pill that's for sure. |
