Perhaps you need to practice during the day. Just look beautiful girls in the eye and try to keep looking until they look away. But don't try to come of as a stalker-rish creepy looking one. Just relax and try to make a game out of it. Keep track of how many times you looked away first. At the end of the day you will know who won, the girls, or you

look at them with a blank expression on your face(no emotion)

This is one of the best things I ever discovered when it comes to AA.

When you see a hot girl, imagine she has the the insecurities that you feel about yourself.

When you look at her, try to notice how she could be nervous around you,
how she could be anxies and how she could have AA.

You can practice this with going to the mall, and just observing girls you see
and imagining they have AA approaching you.

Then you can ask yourself: What could I do to to make her feel good?

This technique is called the flip, it's when you flip the script on the women
you feel fear on- so you imagine what it would be like for them to have
AA.

id have to disagree, no expression= no interest...displaying interest is what keeps things moving. the second you look/ talk to a girl, youre displaying interest, otherwise, why do it all? if ppl feel like there is no interest initially, especially girls, they wont even bother.
