Post subject:  Drunk Troubleshooting.

I've been out of the game for about 2 years.

For the last month I've developed a thing with a girl.
Everything has been going well until... I got drunk at her 21st party.

My wingman said I was unbearable.

How can I troubleshoot this situation?

I appreciate any assistance.

I've done similar things myself and while it may seem like the end of the world for yourself most ppl forget about these things surprisingly fast.. Just let some time pass and try to go easier on the booze..

If you meet her try acting like nothing happened at first and if you sense her being uncomfortable you should probably just apologize..

I'm not an expert though thats just how I would handle it

I can tell you I love a good drink, I'm a very good social drinker and when I do get hammered I stay pretty balanced. However when something does happen and I embarass myself I've realized I feel worse about it than people around me. I don't know how bad you got, obnoxious can be forgiven but sick and spewing everywhere is another story. Take some time off and if you have the opportunity make a joke about how bad you got and leave it there. She's 21 and 21 year olds get over these things.

a girl at a party was all into me. i got drunk, and everything fcked up. i just can see how she immediately loses interest and the game is over.

Im at home here^^ do you know what you did?
I nse tried to warm a HB8:s legs with my jacket (I was floting around getting smacked by the ground) and I was unlucky to be drunk the following 3 or 4 times I met her but I've still worked it out by joking about it and refusing to hug her, (we hug alot here in the eeh "slum" areas ;P) claiming that I knew she ddn't really want to. Were friends now (wasn't familliar to PUA at this time) so my dvise if dont worry be happy and joke ure way out and tell us how it goes!

I agree... running game while being trashed is like driving while being trashed... it just isn't a good idea...

ultimatly getting drunk is never an attractive quality to a women because she can see that you are not totally comfortable in your self.try going out without drinking, get used to it and u will probably see more results with women.

Post subject:  Enigma and the problem at hand

First of all Enigma, you are pretty unintelligable in your posts. I don't quite understand what you are getting at....

Anyways, I really liked Corso's reply. I have also been in this situation before. The real question you need to ask is whether you did anything or said anything bad to her. If this is the case, you may have very well blown your set. If this is not the case I wouldn't worry about it. Since she is 21 I'm sure she's a) been this drunk before b) seen plenty of people that drunk before and c) doesn't think its really that big a deal. One thing I would avoid since it really irks me and I can almost guarantee you that it irks girls are the "I was so drunk last night" comments. They seem to indicate that you found your behavior acceptable. Personally, I'd just ignore the entire incident. Given that advice, I've just made my entrance into the community so my reply doesn't count for much. However, repeated episodes of this behaviour WILL blow your set. My limited experience in pickup does not mean I haven't had experience mixing girls and alcohol. This has happened to me. When, where and how much you drink is your issue, not hers. However, I'd go easy on the booze around her for a while until you've got what you want from her.

Maybe Enigma drank some so he could communicate better?

I think alcohol is a 'catch 22' issue. If you don't drink, most women are impressed that you make your own choices (not peer pressured) and your more enjoyable all around. But if you are sober, more than likely in a bar/club she won't be and that raises ethical qualms.
