Things to keep in mind when you are trying trying to retain a criminal defense attorney? It's like any other product or service. Have they got experience dealing with mentally ill offenders? What is their success ratio? What will their basic strategy be? Does that mesh with what you require for your brother? Have they got criminal defense experience in the court process that your brother is going to finish up in? Are you able to afford the best attorney, or do you require to accept another? |
