| Post subject: | Do routers save sites visited history? |
This doesn't have much to do with dating, but is it possible to look up sites visited history if you are browsing the internet through a router/wireless network? The thing I'm worried about is that - I woke up early one time at my gf's apt. and got online using my phone. I picked up some wireless connection which I am guessing was hers and went to PUA forums to read up on a few things. I noticed a change in her relationship with me after that. Is it possible she checked the history of websites visited and saw me get on this website? |

No, it's saved on the computer, not the router. I used to be telecomm technician and have worked with hundreds of routers and the internet, so trust me I know. This has nothing to do with that event, aside from perhaps using some routine on her that made her change her perception of you. Otherwise you're just falsely connecting the two. |

Lee is right. It's stored on the local machine and maybe your server as well. I am viewing this website from work, but luckily I am also the in house computer tech  Clear your internet files. Tools > Internet History > Clear Browsing History You may also want to delete cookies and all offline files. |
