The avatar must be less than 100 pixels wide and 100 pixels high thats wot i get when i try to upload my pic. so the question is how the hell do u make it the rght size. can i just go into wordand make it smaller or should i just forget it??? |

Google "image hosting" and you'll be able to resize your avatar. |
