| Post subject: | Challenge 10 - Challenge to beat 10 life goals this year |
Hi All, Seeing as all of my other posts have been kind of downbeat, I thought that being a resilient man bouncing back from disappointment has lead me to this. I am taking this idea from another Irishman Breiffne Earley who started his blog challenge 10 to pick 10 goals and complete them in a year to better your life. This could be anything from relationships to travel to work to fitness to health. The idea is to post your goals here and to track and document them here. You may not make all of them, but having something to aim for really gets you going. The whole idea is to see how much you can better your life in a year So to start I am going to list mine and track them along here. Feel free to post yours too and we can track them and build some spirit. We may be spread across the globe but we're all human, so please feel free to post yours here.
