In my opinion Brainwave Entertainment© is a scam. I tried it about a year ago, but I soon realized that the real results only come from many years of dedicated meditation.
All I can suggest to you is to use the meditation technique best fit for you, be it breathing for a start or whatever, ever tried chanting a mantra for 60 minutes? It's REALLY relaxing
If you practice regularly especially when your mind is in disorder and anxiety or stress floods you, you can learn to control yourself on a level ordinary people will not achieve.
The way to inner peace also leads through your past and the cycles you have established during your life which you might not be conscious of. Identify A.N.T.S. (it means roughly negative thought cycles) and delete them you can learn that via meditation.
But I don't want to keep babbling, you will know which way to go and don't let anyone make money out of your effort to finally meet your true self
