Post subject:  The FMC Method
I started getting interested in PUA a couple years ago when I picked up a copy of The Game. I later expanded my reading by picking up a copy of NLP and then quickly got interested in psychology. Here I am now attempting to become a part of the PUA community and learn the skills of PUA successes not only to improve my skills with women, but to also to improve public speaking, confidence, etc and translate it into other areas of my life.

I'm not sure if I can do this here, but I'm going to give it a shot. I've spent 6 months reading a lot of PUA content, taking notes, and re-reading some books. I've currently outlined my own custom "method" based on my personality. It is my OWN. It is not a guide for others to follow, it is merely an outline for me to work on the aspects of PUA and help myself.

It is time for me to finally put the books and internet readings down. All of this hard work has allowed me to get to the starting point of getting back into the field and trying a method that best suits me. What I am going to do in this forum is journal my experience with this self-development model. It will be difficult being that I am at a military academy and socializing is difficult here due to rules and things. I still am going to make the best of the opportunity given to me.

Now for the moment I've been waiting for...I'm going to start this month with one step and then continue to build up from there. This month is Step One: Select A Target. The things I'm focusing on here is:
  • Smiling all the time (ie when I enter a room or when I pass women by)
    Look for women who make longer eye contact than usual and then looks down
    The foundation of body language such as never crossing your arms, and making little body movements.
