So the other day I was at my friends for a little get together. We were discussing NLP stuff for quite a while and then the subject somehow changed. We started getting tired but decided to watch some funny vids on youtube and roll a blunt to make it even more funny. And at some point our internet connection went really bad. Like horribly bad, it took ages to load anything. Then my friend, stoned as he was, said:"Hey guys, check this out..." And then he started talking to the laptop: "Do you remember a time when you could load videos fast? It's like you could feel the internet's every bit just flow through you from the mouse to the monitor all the way. The feeling of being online might have made you feel like you are absolutely fast and loading things just became so easy. And now as you are remembering this you could feel this memory become reality again. As you immerse in the memory of having a good connection(I absolutely lost it here) you could feel it's becoming easier for you to open contents fast RIGHT NOW(Snap)" And then right at the moment he finished his "pattern" the damn youtube finally loaded. I have no idea how long we were laughing at this but it was half an hour at least. My stomach still hurts just by remembering it. |
